Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that travel plans can change. Our policy ensures clarity and fairness for you and us. If you need to modify, reschedule, or cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as possible. Below, you’ll find everything you need to know about our policy.

No Prepayment – A Matter of Trust

Unlike many tour operators, we do not require a deposit or down payment to secure your booking. Instead, we rely on mutual trust and respect. If your plans change, please let us know as soon as possible.
However, if you cancel within the non-refundable period, we ask you to respect our policy and complete the full payment, as last-minute cancellations directly impact us.

Changing or Rescheduling a Booking

We try to be as flexible as possible when rescheduling your booking. If your plans change, please contact us via email or WhatsApp as soon as possible.

  • Availability: Rescheduling depends on availability. If your preferred new date is unavailable, we will offer alternative options.

  • Confirmation: If rescheduling is possible, we will update your booking confirmation and send you the new details. Depending on availability, changing or rescheduling your booking is free of charge.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your booking, please inform us as soon as possible.

  • Cancellations 3 days or more before your arrival date: No payment is required

  • Cancellations within 2 days of your arrival date: Full payment is required.

  • How to request a cancellation: Contact us via email or WhatsApp.

  • Timeframe: Please let us know as soon as you decide to cancel so we can process it smoothly.

  • We will confirm your cancellation and provide payment details if applicable.

Why is payment required for cancellations within 2 days of your arrival date?

Last-minute cancellations have a big impact on a small business like ours. When you book with us, we reserve space and prepare for your arrival. If you cancel within 2 days of your arrival, we may not be able to fill your spot, leading to lost income and unrecoverable costs.
No-Show Policy

A “no-show” means failing to arrive for your tour without notifying us. No-shows are considered last-minute cancellations, and full payment is required.
If you experience unexpected travel delays, please let us know as soon as possible. We understand that travel plans don’t always go as expected, and we will do our best to assist you.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unexpected things happen. If your flight is canceled or you fall ill, please contact us as soon as possible. While our standard policy applies, we will review exceptional cases individually.
