Travel plans can change, especially when visiting Jordan and Wadi Rum. This policy explains how we handle booking changes, date changes, late cancellations, no-shows, and arrival delays.
We keep our booking process simple and based on trust. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to change or cancel your Wadi Rum tour or overnight stay.
No Prepayment
Most bookings are confirmed without a deposit or advance payment.

Date changes are possible when guides, vehicles, and camp space are available.

Late cancellations affect reserved guides, meals, vehicles, and overnight arrangements.

At Wadi Rum Calm, we usually confirm bookings without asking for a deposit. We work with guests based on trust, clear communication, and respect for the time reserved for each trip.
After your booking is confirmed, we prepare the guide, vehicle, route, meals, and overnight arrangements if your trip includes a camp or cave-style stay.
Changing or Rescheduling Your Booking
If you need to change your tour date, arrival time, number of guests, tour type, or overnight stay, contact us by WhatsApp or email as soon as possible.
Availability: Rescheduling depends on available guides, vehicles, camp space, and the travel season.
Cost: Changing the date is usually free when the new date is available.
Confirmation: Once the change is accepted, we will send updated booking details.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your Wadi Rum tour or overnight stay, please inform us as soon as possible. Early notice helps us release the reserved space and adjust our daily planning.

The full booking amount is required.

Treated as a last-minute cancellation, and the full booking amount is required.
Policy
Why Late Cancellations Require Payment
Wadi Rum Calm is a small local Bedouin business. When a booking is confirmed, we reserve time and resources for that guest. This may include a private jeep, a local guide, meals, tea, camp space, and overnight arrangements.
A cancellation within 2 days of arrival can be difficult to replace, especially during busy travel periods or when the booking includes overnight accommodation. For this reason, late cancellations require the full booking amount.
No-Show Policy
A no-show means that you do not arrive for your confirmed tour or overnight stay and do not contact us before the scheduled start time.
No-shows are treated as last-minute cancellations. In this case, the full booking amount is required.
If you are delayed because of transport, border crossing, flight changes, or another travel issue, contact us immediately. We will do our best to help when possible.
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that unexpected situations can happen while traveling. If your flight is cancelled, you become ill, your border crossing is delayed, or you face a serious travel issue, contact us as soon as possible.
Each case is reviewed individually. Early communication is important and gives us the best chance to help.
