How to Book with Wadi Rum Calm
The easiest way to book is through our online booking form. It helps us collect the important details for your Wadi Rum tour, including your date, number of guests, tour type, overnight option, and arrival plans.

What Happens After You Send the Form?
After you submit the booking form, we check your request and reply personally. We normally answer within 36 hours.
You receive a copy of your booking request by email.
We check availability for your date and tour choice.
After confirmation, we send your booking details and meeting information.
If anything is unclear, we contact you before confirming the final plan.
Last-Minute and Walk-In Bookings
If you want to book within 48 hours of arrival, please contact us first through the contact page. This helps us check availability quickly and avoid unclear last-minute arrangements.
Walk-in bookings may be possible, but they are not guaranteed. During busy periods, tours and camp spaces can be fully booked, so advance booking is always better.
Payment Policy
Payment is simple. You pay when you arrive and check in for your tour. We accept cash payment in Jordanian Dinars (JOD).
No advance payment is required for standard bookings. If your group is large or your booking needs special arrangements, we will explain the payment details clearly before confirmation.
Change, Reschedule, or Cancel
Travel plans can change. If you need to change your date, group size, tour type, or overnight stay, contact us as early as possible.

Group Bookings
For larger groups, we recommend booking early. This gives us enough time to organize vehicles, guides, meals, camp space, and any special requests.
If your group size changes after booking, tell us as soon as possible so we can update the plan.
Optional Add-Ons
You can ask about optional add-ons when you book, such as camel rides, extra nights, or combining your Wadi Rum tour with a camp stay.
Some options depend on availability and timing, so it is better to mention them before arrival.
