At Wadi Rum Nomads, we keep your booking process personal, straightforward, and stress-free. Here’s everything you need to know about securing your Wadi Rum adventure.

How to Book with Us

You can only book directly with Wadi Rum Calm ; we are not listed on online travel agencies (OTAs) like Booking.com, or other third-party websites. Booking directly with us ensures a personal connection and transparent communication.

Online Booking Form (Preferred)

The easiest and fastest way to reserve your Wadi Rum adventure is through our online booking form. Before booking, we recommend exploring our Wadi Rum Tours and Accommodations sections to choose the experience that best suits you.

Our booking form helps us gather all the details we need to organize your stay. We ask for detailed information during the booking process for a few important reasons:

• Understand your plans and needs to provide the best service possible.

• Ensure everything runs smoothly for a stress-free experience.

• Share all necessary details upfront so you can focus on creating desert memories for life!

What happens after submitting your booking form?

• You’ll receive a copy of your booking form in your email inbox.

• Within 36 hours, we’ll respond to your booking request.

• Once confirmed, you’ll receive a personal email with your booking confirmation documents, which includes the booking confirmation, your trip itinerary and our guest information e-book to help you prepare for your desert adventure.

Last-Minute Bookings

If you’re booking within 48 hours of your planned visit, please contact us via WhatsApp. This allows us to quickly check availability and confirm your reservation.

Walk-in Bookings

If you arrive in Wadi Rum without a booking, you’re welcome to drop by our office. We’ll be happy to discuss the available options with you. However, walk-in bookings are less preferred, and availability is not guaranteed.

During peak seasons, walk-ins can mean we might not have anything available to offer. For the best experience and to secure your spot, we highly recommend booking in advance.

Please also note that we are not always in the office. The best chance to find us is in the early morning or late afternoon.

Payment Policy

We keep payments simple and flexible. You’ll pay in full at check-in. We accept cash in Jordanian Dinars (JOD), and if you need advice on currency exchange, we’ll be happy to assist. There’s no need to pay anything in advance.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to keep things flexible. If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, simply let us know as soon as possible. For full details about cancelations, please visit our Cancelation Policy page.

Group Bookings

For larger groups, we recommend booking early to secure availability. If your group size or plans change, let us know, and we’ll assist in making adjustments.

Enhance or Extend Your Wadi Rum Experience

Make your visit even more memorable or longer with optional add-ons, which can be selected during the booking process or added later.

You can explore the desert in a unique and authentic way with a camel ride. You can select this option in the booking form or add it later. So, if you’re unsure about including this activity, you can let us know your decision up to 36 hours before arrival, and we’ll add it to your itinerary. If you decide at the last moment, camel rides on the morning of your departure can also be added upon check-in.

If you’d like to extend your stay, you have the option to add an extra night before the tour. This allows you to arrive in Wadi Rum at sunset and settle in before your desert adventure begins. You can select this option in the booking form or add it later. Please note that adding an extra night later depends on the accommodation availability, so we recommend informing us as early as possible.

Help with Transportation

We’re happy to assist with organizing transportation to and from Wadi Rum. Whether you need a taxi transfer or a seat on the Rum Bus between Wadi Musa and Wadi Rum, we’ve got you covered.
