Tour Program
Follow the route of our Al Hash hike and jeep tour in Wadi Rum, from the famous sites near the village to the quieter southern desert, the afternoon hike, sunset, and overnight stay.
Morning
We meet in Rum Village before entering the desert. The day begins with a jeep tour, or a camel ride first if you choose that option at the start of the tour. During the morning, we visit Lawrence Spring, Khazali Canyon, Red Sand Dune, Little Bridge, Abu Khashaba Canyon, and Umm Fruth Rock Bridge. This first part of the day covers some of Wadi Rum’s best-known places before the route continues farther south.
Lunchtime
After the morning tour, we stop in a quiet desert spot for a freshly prepared Bedouin lunch. It is a good break before the afternoon part of the experience.
Afternoon
After lunch, we drive toward Jabal Al Hash for the hike, which usually takes around 3 hours. This part of the tour gives you higher ground and one of the widest panoramic views in Wadi Rum. After the hike, we continue by jeep to Bedouin Dam and a nearby sand dune, then finish the day at a beautiful viewpoint for sunset.
Night
In the evening, you stay either at camp or under the stars, depending on the option you choose. Dinner is served by your guides, and the night is a chance to relax, enjoy the desert atmosphere, and spend time learning more about Bedouin life, stories, and traditions.
The Next Morning
Breakfast is served around 7:00 AM. After breakfast, you have time to prepare your backpack and enjoy your final moments in the desert before we drive back to the village at around 8:30 AM. If you choose a camel ride at the end of the tour, your return will be later, usually around 9:30 AM for a 1-hour ride or around 10:30 AM for a 2-hour ride.
